Acid Blossoms were found in my garden today
I saw them quite plainly, amidst the foray
I pelted them with rocks
Then asked for what they called

You made my life a living hell

The din within exposes a mortal self
Contrived and tersely pained
Surmised of all I’ve feigned
I brood about but find no solace gained

You made my life a living hell
I love you still
I need you, but I’ll leave you
